We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Clear photos (if applicable) of the packaging, meal, or damage

Refunds for Perishable Items

Because our meals are perishable food products, we cannot accept returns once they have been delivered.
However, if there is a verified issue with your order — such as incorrect items, damaged packaging, or spoilage upon arrival — we will work with you to provide a fair resolution.

Refunds are approved only for legitimate quality or service issues verified by our team.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order:

Orders can usually be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as the meal preparation process has not yet started.

Once an order is being prepared, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

Delivery Issues

Please note: We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Refund Processing

Non-Refundable Situations
